Shostakovich's tribute to the victims of fascism and war

Zoi is leading a video streamed programme featuring an iconic work of Dmitry Shostakovich on the victims of fascism and war.

The 'Room Agreement' was written during Shostakovich's visit to Dresden in 1960, as a string quartet (no. 8, work 110). The programme was recorded at Sokratis Karantinos Hall, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Shostakovich's work will be broadcast on Sunday 28 February 2021 at 19:00 free of charge from the channel of TSSO on YouTube. The concert will be on demand until Saturday 28 August 2021 23:59.
