This spring, Zoi Tsokanou conducts an impressive Easter TV Concert melting symphonic music, byzantine tradition, and literature.
The Easter concert with the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra (TSSO) is broadcast on May 1st at 22:00 via ERT3 and is a co-production of TSSO and the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
The evening features a thrilling program of works by Greek composers Mitropoulos, Samaras, Skalkotas, Evaggelatos, and Michaelides with star soloists soprano mezzo Angeliki Kathariou and clarinet Miltos Moumoulidis.
The Artistic Director of the National Theater of Northern Greece Nikos Kolovos participates as a narrator.
